Upon completing the payment process, submit your licensing/renewal invoice(s) packet immediately (1). Include a copy of your GovPayNow confirmation receipt with your email, facsimile, mail in or drop off packet when paid for by credit card online.
If your completed licensing/renewal packet is not received at Community Development within 14 days after your online transaction, the payment will be denied.
This will then result in requiring you to resubmit payment, as well as subject you to additional convenience charges for online credit card payment.
