Execution of this form constitutes an agreement between the resident and the Town of Cedarburg.
By signing this agreement, the applicant agrees to comply with the rules and regulations of the Recycling Yard as posted as well as the provisions of Town Code Chapter 273 and other applicable ordinances.
Access to the Recycling Yard is restricted to residents of the street address listed on this agreement. THE SITE IS UNDER 24 HOUR RECORDED SURVEILLANCE FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR RESIDENTS AND TOWN EMPLOYEES.
Rules and regulations of the Recycling Yard are as follows
1. The Recycling Yard is for Town Residents only. Residents shall not allow non-residents access to the
Recycling Yard.
2. The Recycling Yard is for household waste and recyclables generated only at the address shown above and will not be used to dispose of any waste or recyclables generated at another address or any commercial or institutional waste or recyclables.
3. Residents will not dispose of any of the following items at the Recycling Yard
Mattresses/Box Springs; Shingles;
Hazardous Waste; Anti-Freeze;
Paints/Thinners; Cell Phones;
VCR/DVD/Blu Ray Players;
Liquids; Medications/Medical Supplies; Explosive Material/Ammunition; Fluorescent Ballast/Bulbs; Concrete/Brick/Construction Debris
Televisions; Computers; Computer Monitors; Computer Printers; Computer Scanners; Fax Machines; Any Other Electronics; Car Batteries; Brush, Tree Limbs, Stumps
Violations of any of these rules will require the cardholder to remove and personally dispose of any disallowed items.
If the cardholder fails to remove the disallowed items the Town will dispose of the items and the cost of disposal as well as a citation in the amount of $200 will be billed to the cardholder.
In addition to any monetary penalties the following progressive penalties will be enforced
First Violation as cardholder - Warning
Second Violation as cardholder - Suspension of card for remainder of calendar year
Third Violation as cardholder - Permanent revocation of access to Recycling Yard
Excessive use of the card will be evaluated and may subject the resident to usage limitations or additional fees.
I understand that if I have not previously purchased an access card for the Residential Recycling Yard, I must first pay an initial $35 fee with cash or check as well as a submit a signed agreement to the Town of Cedarburg before a card will be issued
I understand that the payment of the $30 annual renewal fee for the access to the Residential Recycling Yard will activate the card I already possess from now until New "Years" Day of the following calendar year.
I understand this fee cannot be prorated
